I’m a born leader and lucky enough to have attended training at Arena Academy. Arena Academy is a political training seminar in Austin, Texas that specializes in training Democrat political staff throughout the United States.
I won a full scholarship on the Communications Track and completed with a wealth of knowledge concerning social media management, conflict management, and public branding.
Standing Up
During my time as President of Cultural Network, I was given the opportunity to host a campus-wide candlelit vigil honoring Breonna Taylor. As a Black woman, her experience hit home because I watched many people I consider close to my life blaming her despite the blatant mistakes made by the police department. Our chancellor guided us through this safely through the Pandemic, and we hosted a memorable night of poetry with students and Fort Smith citizens.
